This site is owned and operated by Underdog Web Design (UD). Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. At Underdog, we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe. We take customer privacy very seriously and guarantee never to sell, disclose or pass on your information to any parties whatsoever.

As we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

Cookies
We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain personal information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie cannot read data from your computer or read cookie files created by other sites. Cookies are used to track session information in the ordering process.

Ordering Process And Customer Records
During the order process we require customers to supply contact details such as their name, address, email and phone number. These are for internal records only and will never be passed outside of the company. It is important that we have accurate details so customers can be contacted and payments verified.

Payments
All payments for online purchases are processed using PayPal's payment processing service. We do NOT store credit card details in any way, shape or form. All customers are advised to check the web site of the payment processor and read their privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Statistical Usage
Underdog Web Design tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. We track overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, IP address, ISP hostname and browser type by reading this information from the browser string. We use tracking information for statistical purposes and to determine which areas of our sites users like and do not like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

Legally Required Disclosure of Information
Underdog Web Design will not disclose its customers' personal and account data unless UD is asked by a law enforcement agency to do so suspects the client to be committing a crime via use of its services, for example but not limited to, suspected publication of child pornography or suspects the client to be involved inacts of terrorism via use of its services.
